Mychart Covid Test Results Not Showing. If you have not received a call about your results and have questions please call us at one of the following hotlines. Results are posted to MyChart within 24 hours of the time results are done.
If you have been tested for COVID-19 the results may take between 3-5 days. From the Your Menu activity tab click Visits. There are three types of results you can get back following a test Positive Negative or Not Detected and Invalid or Insufficient.
Any new community cases of Covid are expected to start showing up today.
This will open to the Appointments and Visits window. From the Your Menu activity tab click Visits. Test results from today will start to show whether the Auckland cluster has grown. The results of your test may return in your patient portal account and you will be contacted by a member of the Jefferson Health team for further discussion.
